I have always been a fan of shopping luxury resale, however, I’ve been rethinking how I shop for designer lately;  not in a way that feels restrictive, but smarter. The idea of buying new every season feels unnecessary when the pieces worth owning already exist. 

In the past I would spend hours trawling all of the second-hand resale platforms, saving pieces and going into a tailspin.  One of my missions this year is to shop smarter and in this quest, I discovered Designer Exchange.  It is a resale platform to help make that shift easy, offering access to original, well-made designer at a point where it actually feels like a worthy investment.

This season, I’m leaning into pieces that already carry a story. Checks, tailoring, statement accessories; nothing overly polished and styled with intent!  It’s less about chasing trends and more about finding versions of them that feel considered, a little unexpected, and ultimately more personal.
