Cornflower Blue Is the Colour Defining Wardrobes For Spring

The one colour worth buying into this season, and wearing long after it.

Bianca Alleyne

Every season brings a “new” colour, but most aren’t worth rearranging your wardrobe for. Cornflower blue is different. It sits somewhere between navy, denim and pastel, which means it actually works with what you already own. Think shirts, light knits, easy tailoring. Nothing try-hard, and more importantly…nothing one-wear.

And yes, before you write it off as just another blue, remember the infamous cerulean speech in The Devil Wears Prada. What looks simple now has been filtered down, refined and made wearable over time. The point is not to buy into everything, but to recognise the few trends that slot into your existing lifestyle.  Shop the pieces we can’t get enough of.
