There’s something about a European summer that calls for a very specific kind of wardrobe. The kind filled with linen that gets better with every wear, swimwear that doubles as an outfit, oversized shirts thrown over sun-kissed shoulders, and accessories that instantly make even the simplest look feel considered. Whether it’s a long weekend on the Puglia, slow mornings in a Greek island taverna or sunset drinks somewhere along the Balearics, the formula remains the same: effortless, elegant and easy to wear.

As a fashion editor, I’ve learnt that the secret to holiday packing isn’t packing more—it’s packing better. The pieces that make it into my suitcase are those that can work hard across multiple destinations and occasions: a lightweight dress that transitions from beach to bar, a pair of sandals comfortable enough for exploring but polished enough for dinner, and versatile separates that can be styled several ways.

This year, I’m approaching my Euro summer wardrobe with the same mindset I bring to everyday dressing: investing in timeless pieces, choosing quality fabrics and creating a capsule collection that feels elevated without feeling overdone.
